Meet fellow dads, Catch up, Stay connected

FOL Happy Hours are casual get-togethers for Lakewood Elementary dads. They are an easy way to meet new people, catch up with friends, and stay connected to what is happening around the school.

Our beginning-of-the-year kickoff is usually the biggest Happy Hour of the year, with plenty of new dads and familiar faces. We may also meet throughout the year—as often as monthly—to check in, talk about upcoming events, and enjoy some time together.

What happens at an FOL Happy Hour?

Expect easy conversation, familiar faces, and plenty of new ones.

You might hear about an upcoming campout, volunteer opportunity, sports league, school event, or another way FOL is supporting Lakewood teachers, kids, and families. You might also just talk football, work, parenting, or whatever else comes up.

There is no formal meeting and no requirement to volunteer. Happy Hour is simply one of the easiest ways to get to know the dads who are showing up for Lakewood.
