By purchasing a ticket, registering, and/or attending our events, you grant Friends of Lakewood Elementary School permission to capture and use your photograph, video, and/or audio recording for our promotional and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use in print materials, on our website, across our social media channels, and in other digital and print communications. 

Here's what this means for you:

• You grant Friends of Lakewood Elementary School the irrevocable right to use your likeness in these materials without payment or other compensation.

• You agree that all photos and videos captured by our staff or volunteers become the property of Friends of Lakewood Elementary School.

• You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished products or publications where your likeness appears.

What we will not do:

• We will not sell your image or information to third parties.

• We will not use your likeness in a way that is knowingly offensive or damaging.

Instructions for removal requests:

We respect your right to privacy. If you see a photo or video of yourself on our website, social media, or in our marketing materials that you would like removed, please contact us.

To submit a removal request:

• Email: Send an email to info@foldallas.orgwith the subject line "Image Removal Request."

• Include: A link or screen shot of the image or video and a brief description of where you saw it.

• Action: We will make every effort to remove the image promptly upon receiving your request.

Notice for parents or legal guardians of minors:

This consent also applies to minors attending our event. By purchasing a ticket, you, as the parent or legal guardian, are providing consent for any minors under your supervision. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or recorded, please inform a staff member upon arrival.

By registering for, purchasing a ticket to, or attending any Friends of Lakewood Elementary School event, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of this Photo and Video Release. You consent to the use of your image and likeness and that of any minors under your supervision, as described above, and you understand how to submit a removal request.
